In a Bad Way at the Moment...

So, I'm in tears as I type this up, because I was hoping not to have to do something like this. My family's been struggling financially for a long time, and we've been getting by, more or less, even if everything's been behind for what feels like forever... even if everything keeps slipping further and further behind as our income is always just a little bit less than our bills every month. :/
This past month was murder on us financially and emotionally and pretty much in every way. We lost a dear pet, we've been struggling to help my family with an urgent child care situation that came up suddenly (for which they're unable to pay us, so while I don't mind watching the children AT ALL, it's time I'm NOT getting paid for taken away from my work time). My husband and I have both been sick pretty much the whole month, and my transcription work has gotten slimmer and slimmer.
Then my car broke down. We scrimped and scrounged up every last bit we could for the $200 to get it fixed - and then my HUSBAND'S car broke down. Twice. The first time cost us just $50 for minor labor. The second time is going to be $200 and we just DON'T have the money to get it fixed, and he needs his car for work. We both need transportation, so we're basically using double gas money for me to drive to his work and drive back twice a day, on top of my usual travel expense. :/
Today, our water got cut off. And I simply don't have the $115 to get it turned back on. Not really sure when I WILL have it short of several weeks from now. I'm expecting that the gas and electric will be next, they're already past the disconnection dates - and we don't have the money to pay them and still have any groceries for this month. We can't afford to go to the doctor for our medical issues, and now on top of my asthma and and allergies and current stomach flu-ish junk I've got going on, we have no water in the house. :(
So if anyone could find it in your heart (and pocketbook) to help us in any way? It'd be so greatly appreciated. We're really struggling right now in every conceivable way, and the love I've seen poured out in this community over the years is an inspiration. Any little bit helps at this point - a few extra dollars in the gas tank, a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread - right now we're so much in need that even a few dollars would make a big difference.
If you can and wish to contribute, please use my paypal, dreamsofspike@gmail.com. So very much appreciated, love you all!
